Q: Can I hire the vehicle only?

A: No. Vehicle plus driver only. 

Q: Can I pay the full amount on the day?

A: No. A non-refundable deposit needs to be paid to confirm your booking. The balance needs to be paid 7 days prior to hire date. 

Q: Once we have paid in full, how do we know you are going to turn up?

A: We are a New Zealand registered Company that has been operating in different New Zealand locations since 2009. We have a website, Gmail and Facebook.

Q: Do the vehicles have a good quality sound system we can play our music through?

A: Yes, in the Cars and the SUV via Bluetooth.
Yes, in the Mercedes Sprinter Van via Aux cord.
No, in the buses. We recommend you bring a Bluetooth speaker or two.

Q: What if I have less passengers than the size of the bus I booked for?

A: You can change depending on vehicle availability. You must contact us no later than 14 days prior to the hire date. The balance to pay 7 days prior, will be adjusted to the new vehicle pricing.

You may want to consider charging a portion of the hire cost per passenger, which gives financial commitment from them. This means less people will change their mind closer to the time or on the day. No point paying for a larger vehicle than you need.
